How does the pack builder work?
Everything happens on your device. When you press Generate, your browser creates each Thermometers grid from the pack seed, solves it to make the answer key, and lays the pages out as a PDF. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. Four 6×6 or 7×7 grids share a sheet, and two 8×8 or 10×10 grids share a sheet. A 12×12 grid has the sheet to itself. Tick Large print if you want one big grid per page. 6×6 through 10×10, and print-only 12×12, come in easy only. Each puzzle prints with its number and seed, so answers line up even when you keep them in a separate PDF. The same seed and settings always give the same puzzles. Use Copy share link to send a class or a friend the exact same pack, or press shuffle for a fresh set.

About these Thermometers packs
Print a Thermometers logic puzzle pack and solve it with a pencil. The board is a square grid of straight tubes. Each tube has a round bulb at one end. A number beside each row and above each column says how many cells in that line hold mercury. Zero is a real clue and means that line is empty. You fill each thermometer from the bulb toward the tip in one bar, with no gap. A cross marks a cell you know is empty. The answer key fills the mercury and keeps the numbers. It does not print the crosses. Each file is a black-and-white booklet. Puzzle pages show the tubes, the bulbs, and the outside numbers. The answer key starts on its own page. Packs cover 6×6, 7×7, 8×8, and 10×10 at easy, plus print-only 12×12 easy. A 6×6 or 7×7 sheet holds four puzzles. An 8×8 or 10×10 sheet holds two. A 12×12 sheet holds one.
