How does the pack builder work?
Everything happens on your device. When you press Generate, your browser creates each Masyu grid from the pack seed, solves it to make the answer key, and lays the pages out as a PDF. Nothing is uploaded and there’s no account. Four 6×6 grids share a sheet, and two 8×8 grids share a sheet. Tick Large print if you want one big grid per page. 6×6 comes in easy, medium and hard, and 8×8 in medium and hard. Each puzzle prints with its number and seed, so answers line up even when you keep them in a separate PDF. The same seed and settings always give the same puzzles. Use Copy share link to send a class or a friend the exact same pack, or press shuffle for a fresh set.

About these Masyu packs
Print a Masyu pack and solve it with a pencil. Masyu, also called Pearls, asks you to draw one closed loop through the centres of the cells so that it passes through every pearl. On a black pearl, the loop turns a corner. Both arms then go straight through the next cell, so the loop can’t turn again in the cell right after the pearl on either side. On a white pearl, the loop goes straight through. It must turn in at least one of the two cells on either side of the pearl along the loop. It may turn in both. Each file is a black and white booklet: the puzzles come first with a light cell grid and the pearls, and the answer key starts on its own page with the loop drawn in heavy black. Packs are split by size and difficulty: 6×6 at easy, medium and hard, and 8×8 at medium and hard. A 6×6 sheet holds four puzzles, and an 8×8 sheet holds two. Seeds are fixed, so the same download always has the same grids. Each single pack has eight puzzles, and the starter pack has one puzzle from each of the five packs. To try one grid on screen first, open Masyu and use Print or Download PDF there.
