How does the pack builder work?

Everything happens on your device. When you press Generate, your browser creates each Slitherlink grid from the pack seed, solves it to make the answer key, and lays the pages out as a PDF. Nothing is uploaded and there’s no account. Four 5×5 or 7×7 grids share a sheet, and two 10×10 grids share a sheet. Tick Large print if you want one big grid per page. 7×7 and 10×10 come in easy, medium and hard, and 5×5 in easy. Each puzzle prints with its number and seed, so answers line up even when you keep them in a separate PDF. The same seed and settings always give the same puzzles. Use Copy share link to send a class or a friend the exact same pack, or press shuffle for a fresh set.

About these Slitherlink packs

Print a Slitherlink pack and solve it with a pencil. Slitherlink, also called Fences, asks you to join the dots into one closed loop so that each number tells how many sides of its cell the loop uses. Each file is a black and white booklet: the puzzles come first with solid dots and faint guide lines, and the answer key starts on its own page with the loop drawn in heavy black. Packs are split by size and difficulty: 7×7 and 10×10 at easy, medium and hard, and 5×5 at easy for beginners and kids. A 5×5 or 7×7 sheet holds four puzzles, and a 10×10 sheet holds two. Seeds are fixed, so the same download always has the same grids. Each single pack has eight puzzles, and the starter pack has one puzzle from each of the seven packs. To try one grid on screen first, open Slitherlink and use Print or Download PDF there.
