Printable Kakurasu puzzles, ready for pencil.
Each pack is a black-and-white booklet of Kakurasu grids, with the answer key starting on its own page. Puzzle pages show the row sums on the left, the column sums on top, and the weights on the right and along the bottom. Answer pages fill each shaded cell and leave empty cells blank.

How does the pack builder work?
Everything happens on your device. When you press Generate, your browser creates each Kakurasu grid from the pack seed, solves it to make the answer key, and lays the pages out as a PDF. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. Four 5×5, 6×6, or 7×7 grids share a sheet, and two 8×8, 9×9, or 10×10 grids share a sheet. Tick Large print if you want one big grid per page. 5×5 comes in easy and medium. 6×6 through 9×9, and print-only 10×10, come in easy, medium, and hard. Each puzzle prints with its number and seed, so answers line up even when you keep them in a separate PDF. The same seed and settings always give the same puzzles. Use Copy share link to send a class or a friend the exact same pack, or press shuffle for a fresh set.

About these Kakurasu packs
Print a Kakurasu pack and solve it with a pencil. Shade some cells so each row adds up to the number on its left and each column adds up to the number above it. A shaded cell in a row adds the weight printed under that column, counting 1 from the left. A shaded cell in a column adds the weight printed beside that row, counting 1 from the top. Cells you mark empty add nothing. The numbers on the right and along the bottom are those weights, not extra clues, and the corner of the grid stays empty. Each file is a black-and-white booklet. Puzzle pages show the sums and the weights. The answer key starts on its own page and fills each shaded cell, leaving empty cells blank. Packs cover 5×5 at easy and medium, 6×6 through 9×9 at easy, medium, and hard, and print-only 10×10 in those same three bands. A 5×5, 6×6, or 7×7 sheet holds four puzzles. An 8×8, 9×9, or 10×10 sheet holds two. Tick Large print for one big grid per page. Seeds are fixed, so the same download always has the same grids. Each single pack has eight puzzles, and the starter pack has one puzzle from each of the seventeen bands. To try one grid on screen first, open Kakurasu and use Print or Download PDF there.
