Press Generate to build 8 puzzles in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and you can page through every puzzle and answer page here before you download.
How does the pack builder work?
Everything happens on your device. When you press Generate, your browser creates each Kakuro grid from the pack seed, solves it to make the answer key, and lays the pages out as a PDF. Nothing is uploaded and there’s no account. Two 8×8 grids share a sheet and each 10×10 gets a page of its own. Tick Large print if you want one big grid per page. Each puzzle prints with its number and seed, so answers line up even when you keep them in a separate PDF. The same seed and settings always give the same puzzles. Use Copy share link to send a class or a friend the exact same pack, or press shuffle for a fresh set.

About these Kakuro packs
Print a Kakuro pack and solve it with a pencil. Kakuro, also called Cross Sums, is a crossword made of numbers: you write digits from 1 to 9 into the white cells so that every run adds up to the clue beside it, and no digit repeats within a run. Each file is a black and white booklet: the puzzles come first, and the answer key starts on its own page. Clue cells are shaded and split by one diagonal, with the across sum in the upper right and the down sum in the lower left. Packs are split by size and difficulty. An 8×8 sheet holds two puzzles, and each 10×10 puzzle has a page to itself. Seeds are fixed, so the same download always has the same grids. Each single pack has eight puzzles, and the starter pack has one of every size and difficulty. To try one grid on screen first, open Kakuro and use Print or Download PDF there.
